上海氯碱化工股份有限公司（简称氯碱公司），创立于1992年7月，由上海氯碱总厂改制而成，是一家发行A、B股的国有控股上市公司，公司综合实力位于国内同行前列。
Founded in July 1992 and restructured from Shanghai Chlor-Alkali General Plant, Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co., Ltd. is a state-controlled listed company issuing A and B Shares, whose comprehensive strength is at the forefront of its domestic counterparts.
公司主要生产基地在上海市南部的上海化学工业区及广西壮族自治区钦州市广西自由贸易试验区钦州港石化产业园区，总占地面积约238公顷。
The company has its main production bases covering a total area of about 238 hectares, including Shanghai Chemical Industry Park in the south of Shanghai, and Qinzhou Port Petrochemical Industrial Park in the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone, in Qinzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
公司主要制造和销售烧碱、氯及氯的相关制品（盐酸、次氯酸钠），以及聚氯乙烯树脂产品。现公司主要产品的年生产能力为烧碱102万吨、液氯87万吨、二氯乙烷136万吨，聚氯乙烯树脂48万吨、氯乙烯60万吨。
The company mainly produces and sells caustic soda, chlorine and cholrine-related products (hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite), as well as polyvinyl chloride resin products. At present, the annual production capacity of the company's main products is 1.02 million tons of caustic soda, 870,000 tons of liquid chlorine, 1.36 million tons of dichloroethane, 480,000 tons of PVC resin and 600,000 tons of vinyl chloride.
在上海，公司拥有优越的物流设施和条件、建有散货、危险品专用万吨级涉外码头2座，年吞吐量为500万吨。在广西钦州，华谊集团与荷兰孚宝共同建设50000吨级化学品泊位3个，以及相应的码头配套设施，码头年设计吞吐量约700万吨。在公司国内外市场“一体化”战略的推进下，产品远销亚太和欧美地区，在国内同行业中名列前茅。
Thanks to its superior logistics facilities and conditions, the company has built two 10,000-ton-level wharfs specific for bulk cargo and hazardous goods with an annual throughput of 5 million tons in Shanghai. In Qinzhou, Guangxi, Shanghai Huayi Group and Vopak co-built three 50,000-ton-level chemicals berths and relevant wharf supporting facilities with a designed annual throughput of about 7 million tons. Driven by the corporate strategy of integrated domestic and foreign markets, the products of the company are exported to the Asia Pacific, Europe and America, and rank the top in the domestic industry.
公司按国际标准组织生产运行，贯彻并通过ISO9001质量管理体系、ISO4001环境管理体系及OHSMS职业健康安全管理体系。公司已通过了GB/T2331-2020、ISO50001：2018、RB/T113-2014、RB/T 114-2014能源体系认证。公司主要产品烧碱系列、聚氯乙烯系列曾获得“上海名牌产品”“中国石油和化学工业知名品牌”等称号。
The company has organized production and operation according to international standards, and has implemented and passed the certifications of ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). In addition, the company has passed GB/T2331-2020, ISO50001:2018, RB/T113-2014, RB/T114-2014 energy system certifications. The caustic soda series and polyvinyl chloride series, which are main products of the company, have been honored as "Shanghai Famous Brand Products" and "Well-known Brand in China's Petroleum and Chemical Industry".
公司获颁工信部2021年第六批绿色工厂示范奖牌，被列入上海市经信委四星级绿色工厂、绿色设计产品、上海氯碱智能工厂及中国石油和化工行业协会绿色设计产品名单。
The company won the demonstration medal for the sixth batch of green plants in 2021 by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and has been included in the list of 4-star green plants and designed green products by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Intelligent Plant and the designed green products by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
国家级技术中心是公司技术创新的主要部门，负责公司新产品新工艺技术的开发。公司至今共申请专利201项，目前拥有有效专利43项，其中发明专利38项，技术秘密66项，9项科技成果先后荣获上海市科技进步二、三等奖。
The state-level technology center is the main department of technical innovation in the company, which is responsible for the development of new products and new technologies of the company. Up to now, the company has applied for a total of 201 patents. It has 43 valid patents including 38 invention patents, and 66 technology secrets. Nine scientific and technological achievements have successively won the second and the third prizes of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award.
